NORD Ice Cream

A boutique ice cream brand soft-launched in Toronto during the winter of 2019. Started by two friends edger to try something new, the primary goal is to provide customers with a unique social experience as opposed to simply selling a product. The ask was to develop a business and strategy, along with a brand identity, which would allow flexibility to standing out in an already over crowded market.

The Results

The project was broken up into 3 initial phases. A soft launch event in 2019, a summer beta program in 2020, and full launch summer of 2021.

Full launch delayed due to COVID restrictions. Summer beta program was designed with the constraints of the pandemic.
